Important Update On Pins + Postcards

Hi Everyone
We have an important update on the pins and when we will be receiving them. So as I stated in the last update factories are being restricted by the amount of electricity they can consume, meaning that the larger suppliers (and most trusted) can only operate for half a day. This is a direct quote from our supplier:
"Production slow down caused by electricity limitationAs too many orders are coming to factories in China, many factories decide to expand production capacity. But from country point of view, these two years orders amount increase is not a healthy phenomenon. If allowing factories expand unlimitedly, after the pandemic is over, when orders decrease, many factoires will go bankrupcy. Therefore, now government starts to limit this unreasonable expansion by limiting electricity consumption. Due to the recent “dual control of energy consumption” policy of the Chinese government,Many factories can only open half-day. This electricity limitation makes production capacity smaller, lead time longer, but for long run, it is a better solution."
With that in mind and the deadline approaching, we decided to pay extra for two deliveries and split the order.
So yesterday we asked for everything that had already been completed to be sent out meaning that at least some of you will get your rewards this year. The package is estimated to arrive on the 9th Dec and will include the following pins:
- Athena
- Ares
- Dionysus
- Zeus
- Hera
- Hermes
- Poseidon
- Nyx - Gold & Silver
- the Lanyard
Any orders that contain ONLY these pins will be sent out a day or two after we have received and quality-checked them.
For the other pins, we have been given an estimate of the end of the month to be sent out. Any orders that contain pins in both batches will be sent out when all the pins arrive, we cannot send out two packages due to the excess delivery costs.
We hope this doesn't make too many people upset and can understand that the delay is due to physical limitations on the factory's behalf. We also understand that some of these pins are destined to be holiday gifts, so we had the idea of creating a slip or something you can print out at home, designed by us, as a sort of iou/"sorry it's delayed". That way the recipient is aware of the thought and effort made by yourself. Let us know what you think about that and send us a message if you would like one.
